On 27th November 2018 the first ever Shades of Winter FilmFest kicked off in STOCKHOLM. In collaboration with the MM Rappaport Hargin Foundation the Premiere was a great success, the Bio Capitol sold out within hours. It was a great way to honor the memory of Matilda Rapaport, a close friend of Sandras’s and founding member of Shades of Winter. Matilda starred in several Shades of Winter production and played a major role leading the way for female athletes getting more attention in the industry. Friends, guests and athletes together celebrated the joy of outdoor sports this evening
Meet the athletes
At each and every stop of the Shades of Winter FilmFest eight to ten movies between five and 25 minutes in length – making up a program of 2.5hour program – filmed on location and with protagonists from three continents, have been shown.
The crew, guests and partners had an amazing time during this tour, watching amazing films and having great talks and discussions with likeminded people. Guests had the opportunity to meet the protagonists and get a singed poster as well as take a photo with these inspiring women:

At it first ever appearance nearly 1.000 tickets were sold for the FilmFest 2018.
