Having visited Capo Reamol multiple times, she understands the unique benefits of this stunning location. With years of collaboration with DUOTONE, one of the leading brands of the Boards and More group, she has developed a deep expertise in the sport.

As a sports scientist and experienced coach, Sandra is committed to sharing her love for wingfoiling with others women. She has formed a friendship with Felix Quadfass, the founder of Planet AllSports as they both share a passion for watersports and coaching. Teaming up for the #shadesofwinter Wingfoiling camps was a natural decision for them.

Through these camps, Sandra aims to empower women and provide them with the opportunity to learn this thrilling sport. By addressing the intimidation often associated with foiling, she helps participants build confidence and embrace the experience.

Three days of wingfoiling, #shadesofwinter style:

Rather than following a fixed schedule, Sandra Lahnsteiner and the Planet Allsports team adapt each day to the wind, weather and the group's progression with ideally two sessions on the water each day. Depending on the conditions, the program may include additional activities such as e-foiling, theory sessions, stretching or mobility sessions—making the most of every day, on and off the water.

Together, they create an inspiring and supportive environment where every participant can progress at her own pace, build confidence on the water and enjoy unforgettable days with like-minded women.

ARRIVAL & WELCOME

Sunday, 27th May 2026:
Our camp officially kicks off at 6 PM with a relaxed #shadesofwinter x Planet Allsports welcome meeting at the hotel’s beach area. It’s the perfect chance to meet each other, talk through the days ahead, and align on everyone’s expectations. You’ll also receive your #shadesofwinter goodie bag – a small treat to start the experience right.

We’ll enjoy a group dinner at the Capo Reamol restaurant, giving you time to unwind and settle in after your travels.

If possible, I highly recommend arriving earlier in the day. Your room will be ready by 2 PM, and even before check-in, you can already enjoy the pool, lake, bar, and restaurant – making the most of your first day at this stunning spot!

Monday, 28th - Wednesday, 30th September 2026:
Wake up to the sight of wind on the lake – that familiar ripple that makes you want to grab your board and get out there. After breakfast, we’ll dive into the first of two daily sessions, which combine practical wingfoiling on the water and theory lessons on land. The exact mix depends on wind conditions and the individual level of each participant – always aiming for the best possible learning experience.

Our coaching setup is designed to support your progress from the start: small groups, top-quality equipment, and real-time feedback via helmet-integrated headsets. Whether you’re stepping on the board for the first time or refining your first jibes, each session is tailored to meet you where you are.

We use support boats and a unique pole construction to help you safely and quickly feel the foil. And if the wind ever takes a break, you’ll get to try out our new e-foil – pure stoke guaranteed.

Thanks to Planet Allsports’ unbeatable location at the windiest spot on Lake Garda, conditions are almost always ideal. You’ll ride the strong Vento wind in the morning and the moderate Ora wind in the afternoon, with a pasta lunch in between. Because the spot is right at the hotel, we can respond flexibly to changing conditions – maximizing your time and safety on the water.

When you’re not wingfoiling, take time to recharge with stretching in the garden, connect through the #shadesofwinter Inspirational Talk, or simply relax by the pool or lake.

For dinner, we’ll either ride hotel bikes or hop in a taxi to explore the charming old town of Limone, or stay in and enjoy the evening at Capo Reamol’s restaurant.

Nestled on the shores of Lake Garda, Capo Reamol is one of the most iconic spots for watersports enthusiasts. With its ideal wind conditions and stunning natural scenery, it provides the perfect setting for wingfoiling. The peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle allows you to focus on learning and enjoying the sport. Whether you’re gliding over the sparkling water or taking in the breathtaking views, every moment at Capo Reamol is a memory in the making.

Important: Each room includes only one parking spot. We will assist you with parking arrangements once the group is fully booked and we have details about your arrival. 

PLANET ALLSPORTS
Planet Allsports is located at one of the premier spots on Lake Garda, renowned for its consistent winds and breathtaking scenery. This ideal location caters to a variety of water sports, including windsurfing, kitesurfing, and wingfoiling. The school features a team of certified instructors who provide tailored lessons for all skill levels, ensuring that participants receive personalized coaching. 

The favorable wind conditions allow for two daily sessions: one in the morning during the strong Vento wind and another in the afternoon with the milder Ora wind. With the school situated just outside the hotel, participants can easily access the water and make the most of their time at this stunning location.

For the #shadesofwinter WINGFOILING Camp at Lake Garda, you'll need your bathing suit, personal items, and anything else for your exciting holiday at this legendary spot in Italy this September. Please remember to pack a beanie and a warm jacket, as mornings and evenings can be cooler, especially with the wind. Expect a mix of temperatures, ranging from summer to early fall. While you’re welcome to bring your own wetsuit, everything you need for wingfoiling is included in the package.

Responsibility and risk: Participating in outdoor sports like wingfoiling is thrilling, but it comes with inherent risks. Please be aware that no outdoor activity is entirely risk-free. We strongly encourage you to understand and respect your personal limits. 

The instructors are committed to ensuring your safety and will provide detailed instructions throughout the activities. It is essential to follow their guidance at all times. While we conduct thorough risk assessments and prioritize safety, you are ultimately responsible for your own actions and decisions during the camp. By participating, you acknowledge the risks involved and agree to take personal responsibility for your safety.

To ensure a safe experience, participants must be in good health and maintain physical fitness throughout the camp. Additionally, you must have valid health, accident, and liability insurance that covers outdoor sports activities and is valid in the country where the camp takes place. 

We also recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect yourself in case you are unable to attend the camp.

Cancellation policy: You can withdraw from the #shadesofwinter camp package at any time before the start of the camp by paying the corresponding compensation (cancellation fees, compensation flat rates) according to the general terms and conditions of shades.plus GmbH.

The following compensation flat rates apply per person in case of a cancellation of the #shadesofwinter wingfoiling camp: 

• No-Show (failure to show up without justification): 100% of the camp price

• From 1 to 14 days before the start of the activity: 90% of the camp price

• From 15 to 21 days before the start of the activity: 75% of the camp price

• Up to 20 days before the start of the activity: 55% of the camp price

Minimum Number of Participants: If the minimum number of 5 participants is not reached, the organizer can cancel the event up to 21 days before it begins (withdrawal from the contract). In this case, the participant will be refunded the payments made for the participation fee immediately, but in any case, within 14 days after the withdrawal. The organizer will inform the participants promptly if it becomes clear at an earlier point in time that the minimum number of participants cannot be reached.

Insurance: It is recommended to purchase insurance (e.g., travel cancellation insurance, travel interruption insurance, travel baggage insurance, travel liability insurance, international travel health insurance, delay protection, personal protection, etc.) that provides adequate coverage from the date of the package tour contract until the end of the package tour. Additionally, health and accident insurance that covers outdoor sports like wingfoiling and is valid in Italy is recommended.

Booking/Contract Conclusion/Deposit:

• Carefully read the camp description to understand all details and get hyped for your #shadesofwinter camp adventure

• Follow the provided link and complete the booking form specific to your chosen #shadesofwinter camp

• Ensure you provide all necessary information and agree to the terms and conditions at the end of the form 

• You will receive a personalized booking confirmation, travel contract and invoice with all further information 

• Transfer 20% of the total amount within 7 days to secure your spot at the selected #shadesofwinter camp 

• We will send additional information, set up a WhatsApp group, and connect you with fellow travelers 

• The remaining amount is due 20 days before the start of the camp. 

The travel contract is concluded between the booking party and the tour operator if there is an agreement regarding the material parts of the contract (price, service and date). This results in rights and duties for the customer. 

Unless otherwise agreed, the traveler must transfer a deposit of 20% of the trip price to the account specified by the tour operator within 7 days of receiving the package tour contract, but not earlier than 11 months before the end of the package tour. If the contract is concluded within 20 days before departure, the entire trip price must be transferred immediately to the specified account upon receipt of the package tour contract.If the traveler fails to meet their payment obligations, the tour operator reserves the right, after issuing a reminder with a deadline, to terminate the contract and demand compensation according to the compensation flat rates.
