Learn from the best. Get inspired.

The #shadesofwinter camps, hosted by pro skier, ski guide and filmmaker Sandra Lahnsteiner-Wagner, are coached and guided by Sandra herself and her inspirational team of leading female athletes and guides.

These exceptional women are certified guides and coaches with extensive experience, ranging from being top athletes to years of guiding, coaching, and undertaking outstanding mountain adventures worldwide. The #shadesofwinter team is passionate about sharing knowledge and empowering others, creating remarkable experiences for you.

Sandra and her team will not only guide you on the mountains but also invite you to join inspirational sessions, answer any questions, help you pick the right equipment, never say no to a cappuccino and might join for a glass of good wine at dinner.

URSI

‘I’ve participated in three #shadesofwinter skiing camps myself and each time I returned home deeply inspired, filled with valuable insights and a joyful heart. I’m incredible excited to host my own #shadesofwinter YOGA camp, creating a space where yoga, the mountains and time spent with other women come together.’

Ursi is a certified physiotherapist, sports physiotherapist, yoga teacher (450h) and Reiki therapist. She specializes in working with women, dedicated to helping them tune into their bodies and inner voices, both on the yoga mat and during therapy. Besides yoga she loves freeriding, ski touring, hiking and wing foiling.

CLAUDIA

‘Guiding the #shadesofwinter camps in both winter and summer brings me immense joy. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the ladies return from their tours feeling strengthened and renewed. I love sharing my enthusiasm for freeriding and hiking to inspire other women to overcome boundaries and discover the unexpected. Together, we experience the magic and beauty of the mountains.’

Claudia is a state certified ski instructor, ski guide, alpine ski racing coach (C-Trainer) and mountain hiking guide. Besides skiing she loves hiking, climbing and found herself a new challenge in learning kite surfing.

SABINE

‘Guiding, for me, isn't just about getting someone from point A to point B. It's about sharing my passion, knowledge, and enthusiasm for skiing with others. The constantly changing conditions on the mountain, the different personalities in a group, and the safety aspects give me daily opportunities to face new challenges as a guide and grow from them.

What makes the #shadesofwinter camps special for me is always the laughter and joy of the participants when they accomplish something they didn't believe they could. The group dynamics and team spirit that emerge in such situations are hard to describe—you simply have to be there to experience it.’

Sabine is a state certified ski instructor and ski guide, mountain bike guide and bike coach and has a Master degree in sport science. Whether it’s freeriding, ski touring, biking or climbing, Sabine will always have a bright smile on her face.

LISA

‘Guiding the #shadesofwinter camps is the highlight of my winter every year. The atmosphere at these camps is truly unparalleled. It's inspiring to witness what can be accomplished when surrounded by the right company. With a background in alpine ski racing, I've had the chance to travel extensively through skiing. Yet, having grown up in Gastein, it’s a special privilege to share my favorite spots with women from all over the world.’

Lisa is a state-certified ski instructor and ski guide with a Master’s degree in Sport & Event management. While skiing is her first passion, she also enjoys playing tennis. She’s a member of the local avalanche commission and, together with her father, runs the biggest local ski school in Gastein.

SANDRA

‘When I organized my first girls' camp years ago, I never imagined that my simple desire to bring more girls together to ski and have fun would grow into something so impactful. My vision remains the same: to bring women together, ensuring they leave each camp filled with excitement, inspiration, and new friends for future adventures.’

Sandra is a state-certified ski instructor, ski guide, and alpine ski racing coach (C-Trainer). She holds a Master’s degree in sports science and is an ÖBS-certified mental coach with years of experience in coaching and guiding on and off the mountains.
