Sunday, 18th May 2025:
Our camp will officially kick off with a #shadesofwinter & Planet Allsports welcome meeting at 6pm in the hotel beach area. This will be a great opportunity to get to know each other, discuss the upcoming days, and align everyone's needs. Participating women will also receive a goodie bag.

We plan to have dinner at the Capo Reamol restaurant on Sunday, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing evening after your travels. 

I personally recommend arriving as early as possible on Sunday, as your room will be ready by 2pm. Even before that, you’ll have access to the pool, beach, bar, and restaurant, allowing you to make the most of your Sunday at this beautiful spot!

Monday, 19th - Wednesday, 21st May 2025:
Your new addiction wingfoiling

You’ll wake up to the sight of windsurfers and wingfoilers in action right from your bed. After a delicious breakfast buffet, we’ll kick off your first of two daily wingfoil sessions. With deliberately small groups, certified instructors, and top-quality equipment, we’ll get you on the board and foil quickly. Our teaching sessions feature headsets integrated into helmets for direct communication with your instructor, ensuring personalized guidance tailored to your needs—whether you’re starting wingfoiling from scratch or aiming to master your first jibes.

To maximize safety and effective supervision, our sessions are supported by efficient motorboats. Our unique pole construction and boat sessions will help you quickly feel the foil and experience the thrill of “flying.” During no-wind hours, you’ll also have the chance to try out our brand-new e-foil.

Located at the windiest spot on Lake Garda, Planet Allsports provides ideal conditions for wingfoiling. With reliable winds almost 100% of the time, you can enjoy two sessions daily: one in the morning during the strong Vento wind and another after a delicious pasta lunch at Hotel Capo Reamol, riding the moderate southerly Ora wind. Our prime location right outside the hotel allows us to be flexible and responsive to changing wind and weather conditions, ensuring maximum safety and the best possible training for your success.

In addition to wingfoiling, Sandra will offer stretching sessions in the garden, lead through the legendary #shadesofwinter Inspirational Talk, and you can enjoy the pool, rooftop bar, and relax by the lake when you’re not on the water.

For dinners, we’ll use rental bikes from the hotel or call a taxi to head into the charming old town of Limone, or you can stay and dine at the hotel restaurant.

SANDRA is a talented multi-sport athlete and passionate watersports enthusiast, particularly in wingfoiling and windsurfing. Having visited Capo Reamol multiple times, she understands the unique benefits of this stunning location. With years of collaboration with DUOTONE, one of the leading brands of the Boards and More group, she has developed a deep expertise in the sport.

As a sports scientist and experienced coach, Sandra is committed to sharing her love for wingfoiling with others. She has formed a friendship with Felix Quadfass, the founder of Planet AllSports as they both share a passion for watersports and coaching. Teaming up for the first #shadesofwinter Wingfoiling Camp was a natural decision for them.

The peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle allows you to focus on learning and enjoying the sport. Whether you’re gliding over the sparkling water or taking in the breathtaking views, every moment at Capo Reamol is a memory in the making.

Important: Each room includes only one parking spot. We will assist you with parking arrangements once the group is fully booked and we have details about your arrival. 

PLANET ALLSPORTS
Planet Allsports is located at one of the premier spots on Lake Garda, renowned for its consistent winds and breathtaking scenery. This ideal location caters to a variety of water sports, including windsurfing, kitesurfing, and wingfoiling. The school features a team of certified instructors who provide tailored lessons for all skill levels, ensuring that participants receive personalized coaching. 

The favorable wind conditions allow for two daily sessions: one in the morning during the strong Vento wind and another in the afternoon with the milder Ora wind. Felix emphasizes individualized coaching and safety, ensuring that every participant, whether a beginner or advanced, has the opportunity to develop their skills and create unforgettable experiences on the water. His enthusiasm and commitment make him an inspiring mentor for anyone looking to learn wingfoiling or improve their technique.

For the #shadesofwinter WINGFOILING Camp at Lake Garda, you'll need your bathing suit, personal items, and anything else for your exciting holiday at this legendary spot in Italy this September. Please remember to pack a beanie and a warm jacket, as mornings and evenings can be cooler, especially with the wind. Expect a mix of temperatures, ranging from summer to early fall. While you’re welcome to bring your own wetsuit, everything you need for wingfoiling is included in the package.

Responsibility and risk: Participating in outdoor sports like wingfoiling is thrilling, but it comes with inherent risks. Please be aware that no outdoor activity is entirely risk-free. We strongly encourage you to understand and respect your personal limits. 

The instructors are committed to ensuring your safety and will provide detailed instructions throughout the activities. It is essential to follow their guidance at all times. While we conduct thorough risk assessments and prioritize safety, you are ultimately responsible for your own actions and decisions during the camp. By participating, you acknowledge the risks involved and agree to take personal responsibility for your safety.

To ensure a safe experience, participants must be in good health and maintain physical fitness throughout the camp. Additionally, you must have valid health, accident, and liability insurance that covers outdoor sports activities and is valid in the country where the camp takes place. 

We also recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect yourself in case you are unable to attend the camp.

Cancellation policy: You can withdraw from the #shadesofwinter camp package at any time before the start of the camp by paying the corresponding compensation (cancellation fees, compensation flat rates) according to the general terms and conditions of shades.plus GmbH.

The following compensation flat rates apply per person in case of a cancellation of the #shadesofwinter wingfoiling camp: 

• No-Show (failure to show up without justification): 100% of the camp price

• From 1 to 14 days before the start of the activity: 90% of the camp price

• From 15 to 21 days before the start of the activity: 75% of the camp price

• Up to 20 days before the start of the activity: 55% of the camp price

Minimum Number of Participants: If the minimum number of 6 participants is not reached, the organizer can cancel the event up to 21 days before it begins (withdrawal from the contract). In this case, the participant will be refunded the payments made for the participation fee immediately, but in any case, within 14 days after the withdrawal. The organizer will inform the participants promptly if it becomes clear at an earlier point in time that the minimum number of participants cannot be reached.

Insurance: It is recommended to purchase insurance (e.g., travel cancellation insurance, travel interruption insurance, travel baggage insurance, travel liability insurance, international travel health insurance, delay protection, personal protection, etc.) that provides adequate coverage from the date of the package tour contract until the end of the package tour. Additionally, health and accident insurance that covers outdoor sports like wingfoiling and is valid in Italy is recommended.

Booking/Contract Conclusion/Deposit:

• Carefully read the camp description to understand all details and get hyped for your #shadesofwinter camp adventure

• Follow the provided link and complete the booking form specific to your chosen #shadesofwinter camp

• Ensure you provide all necessary information and agree to the terms and conditions at the end of the form 

• You will receive a personalized booking confirmation, travel contract and invoice with all further information 

• Transfer 20% of the total amount within 7 days to secure your spot at the selected #shadesofwinter camp 

• We will send additional information, set up a WhatsApp group, and connect you with fellow travelers 

• The remaining amount is due 20 days before the start of the camp. 

The travel contract is concluded between the booking party and the tour operator if there is an agreement regarding the material parts of the contract (price, service and date). This results in rights and duties for the customer. 

Unless otherwise agreed, the traveler must transfer a deposit of 20% of the trip price to the account specified by the tour operator within 7 days of receiving the package tour contract, but not earlier than 11 months before the end of the package tour. If the contract is concluded within 20 days before departure, the entire trip price must be transferred immediately to the specified account upon receipt of the package tour contract.If the traveler fails to meet their payment obligations, the tour operator reserves the right, after issuing a reminder with a deadline, to terminate the contract and demand compensation according to the compensation flat rates.
